This comprehensive first session is designed to explore your health on all levels- physical, mental and spiritual. It begins with an in-depth intake conversation, where we'll discuss every aspect of your well-being. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, but keep in mind: in Chinese medicine, everything is connected. What may seem unrelated can offer valuable insight into your overall health. The more I understand, the better I can tailor an acupuncture treatment plan specially for you. After our discussion, you'll receive your first acupuncture treatment, designed to support your unique needs and begin the healing process. The goal of this session is not only to treat the current imbalances but to establish a foundation for long-term wellness.

This comprehensive initial session is designated to thoroughly assess your pelvic health concerns in a safe and supportive environment. Before your in-person visit, a brief phone consultation ( no longer than 10 minutes) is required. This call allows us to screen your symptoms and confirm that your condition is related to the pelvic floor, ensuring the service is appropriate for your needs. During the in-person consult, we will explore symptoms such as constipation, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), clitoral or penile discomfort, chronic pelvic pain, urinary bladder syndrome, erectile dysfunction, and other related issues. The purpose is to gather the necessary information to develop a personalized acupuncture treatment tailored to your unique needs. You will also receive your first acupuncture treatment during this session. Depending on your condition, the treatment may include gentile electrical stimulation and manual techniques for pelvic floor relief. Please note that all tissue manipulation is performed externally with the utmost respect for your comfort and boundaries.

Brief intake followed by acupuncture treatment. We will update your conditions and changes (if any), followed by Acupuncture treatment. (pricing depending on adding therapies such Gua She, Cupping, or electrostimulation. )

In this follow-up session, we will begin by looking over your response to the previous acupuncture treatment, including any changes or improvements you've noticed in your pelvic floor function or related symptoms. We'll then update your current symptoms profile to assess progress and identify any new concerns or areas of focus. Based on this evaluation, we will determine the most appropriate next steps in your treatment plan. This may include adjusting acupuncture point selection, incorporating additional supportive therapies, or reframing the treatment frequency to further support and enhance pelvic floor health and overall well-being.
